混合陶瓷球轴承内外圈材料为轴承钢(Gcr15)或不锈钢(9crl8)，陶瓷球主要有氮化硅(Si3N4)、氧化锆(ZrO2)、氧化铝(AI203)等。其中Si3N4综合性能优越，已成为陶瓷轴承的首选材质。　　Si3N4陶瓷的密度为3.20g/cm3，比轴承钢7.85g/cm3的密度要低得多。所以陶瓷滚动体能有效抑制高速转动产生的离心力，降低滚动体载荷。同时可以减少滚动体与滚道面之间的旋转滑动，对防止表面损伤起到有益的作用。因此，陶瓷球轴承是用于高速运转领域的最佳选择，例如高速电主轴轴承、机床主轴轴承、牙钻轴承、高速磨头轴承、仪表用轴承、硬盘驱动器轴承等。还能够应用于诸如旱冰鞋、航模和电动玩具等民用产品。　　The hybrid ceramic ball bearing developed by Wuxi Kangcun Heavy Industry Bearing Co. Ltd. features bearing rings made of bearing steel (Gcr15) or stainless steel (9cr18). Theceramic ball is mainly made of silicon nitride (Si3N4),rconia (ZrO2) or alumina (AI203), among which Si3N4 is of excellent overall erformance and has become the preferred material for ceramic bearing.　　The density of Si3N4 ceramic is 3.20g/cm3 much lower than that of bearing steel (7.85g/cm3).
