nsk, F&F?万向节滚针轴承是滚针与轴套及防尘罩，密封圈组成的轴承单元。结构紧凑， 多样，仅可承受径向承载，其常用于广泛用于汽车传动轴和方向机。△结构形式 轴承滚动体有采用尖头、平头、圆头等多种滚针形式。 nsk, F&F轴承有带密封和不带密封结构。 △产品精度 尺寸公差和几何精度按JB/T3232。 滚针直径相互差在3μm，精度等级为G3级（国标GB309）。 △材料 滚动体材料为GCr15轴承钢，淬硬HRC60?65。 套圈材料为GCr15轴承钢，淬硬HRC61?65。 冲压零件材料为优质低碳钢。 △特殊说明 装配容易但需充分考虑使用场合。 △标准 JB/T3232?1994万向节滚针轴承（JB-5） nsk, F&FUniversal-joint Needle Roller Bearing nsk, F&F---universal-joint needle roller bearing is a unit composed of needle rollers and bushings, dust cover and seal ring. With multiple & compact structures, it can only bear radial load and usually be used in driving axle and steering mechanism.Types of Designs:For bearing rolling body, following types of needle rollers, such as pointed-head, flat-head and round-head ones, are used.Bearings of the structure with or without seal are available.Product Precision Accuracy:Dimensional tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on JB/T3232.Mutual difference of needle roller diameter is 2μm, and the precision grade is G2 (ISO GB309).Materials:Material for rolling body is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60---65.Material for rings is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC61---65.Material for punched parts is quality low-carbon steel.Special Directions:Easy to mount, but application place is to be fully considered.
